How fresh is Wakuli coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches several times a week. Your coffee is typically shipped within 48 hours of roasting to ensure you experience the full flavor profile and aroma at its peak.
Where does Wakuli source its beans?
We source directly from smallholder farmers in regions like Ethiopia, Brazil, and Peru. By skipping the middleman, we ensure farmers receive a higher price and we get access to the highest quality specialty grade beans.
Do you offer a coffee subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency. Subscriptions are fully flexible, allowing you to skip, pause, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Europe. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my coffee if I'm not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee bags recyclable?
